Our Collection of your Personal Information

In order to use a RDMS service through Sketchyou you must first register for our service. During this registration process you are required to provide personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, home address, zip code, date of birth, gender, preferences, interests and favorites. Providing additional information beyond what is required at registration is optional, but will allow you to better identify yourself and find services that you enjoy at Sketchyou.

RDMS does not solicit, or knowingly collect and store personal information from anyone under the age of 16. RDMS will immediately remove and delete any and all information from anyone under 16 if notification is provided that a person under 16 registered at Sketchyou. There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by RDMS. When you register with Sketchyou, you are automatically enrolled in our many e-marketing campaigns. Our e-marketing campaigns have information about holidays, new features, birthdays, our service offerings, our product offerings and useful tips about using Sketchyou’s offerings. If you do not wish to receive our e-marketing campaigns, simply unsubscribe the first time you receive the e-marketing email. How We Secure your Personal Information

RDMS secures your personally identifiable information on computer servers in a controlled, secure location, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. In instances where your personal information (name, address, phone number, etc) is transmitted to other Web sites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

Use of Cookies

Similar to many websites, RDMS uses “cookies” to allow you to bypass the login screen (”Remember Me” functionality). A cookie is a small data file that houses itself on your computer and enables RDMS to identify you as a prior user when you return to Sketchyou from the same computer and browser. Payment Policies

RDMS accepts online payment via credit card or debit card. All payments sent electronically shall be securely transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (”SSL”) technology. RDMS may also accept payment via check or purchase order. Qualified Institutions (such as Purchasing Offices) wishing to establish group accounts and utilize purchase orders may set up special payment options by contacting RDMS.

RDMS will begin processing orders immediately upon verification that payment has been received.

Shipment/Delivery Times

Sketchyou orders are generally delivered within 14 days. Customers who are concerned about meeting deadlines should contact a Service/Sales Representative. Rush orders on all services are available for a 25% rush charge. Rush orders are delivered within 7 days. Delivery times may vary during the holiday seasons.

Return Policy

Sketchyou goes to great measures to ensure that customers are completely satisfied with our deliverables. Due to the extremely customized services of, Sketchyou we cannot accept returns or offer full refunds. However, Sketchyou will work with you to create a win-win solution toward restoring your delight and confidence. In the unlikely event that we are unable to agree upon an equitable solution, we will gladly refund 50% of the price you paid for the service(s) (excludes shipping and handling fees).

Copyright Release

If you submit a photo that has been taken by a Professional Photographer you are responsible for obtaining the Photographers Copyright Release and having them send Sketchyou the release directly. By using our services and Web Site, you agree to defend and indemnify Sketchyou from any claims that any person or entity may assert against Sketchyou for violation of any copyright or trademark laws or rights as a result of Sketchyou manufacture of your custom order.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Sketchyou and its affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or relating to your use of Sketchyou’s Site and the Service, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida and, where applicable, by federal law.
