Q:  What is a Digi-Sketch?

A:  A Digi-Sketch is the name of the art style that we created and employ to create our hand-drawn digital illustrations. We use Adobe Illustrator (a vector-based graphic software) as our graphic software of choice to hand draw pictures.

Q:  Is it really custom, hand drawn art?

A:  Yes, we do not use automated software to trace images or filters that replicate photographs. There is a distinct difference in quality and authenticity when comparing our artwork to the others.

Q:  What are the advantages of a Digi-Sketch?

A: Digi-Sketches are created in vector based graphic software named Adobe Illustrator. One of the advantages of working with vectors is that vector-based images are lossless. This means that the original image can be resized to virtually any dimension without sacrificing the resolution quality. For example, if you ever wanted us to resize your Digi-Sketch to accommodate a very large outdoor sign, we could do it without being concerned about the image quality. Digi-Sketches are created in the digital space, allowing it to be easily leveraged across many digital media platforms such as the internet, mobile phones, projectors, digital printers, PDF documents, CDs, DVDs, etc.

The Process

Q:  How long does it take for my order to be complete?

A:  Standard orders are usually completed and shipped (not including the time you receive it) within 2 business weeks of a successful order being placed and payment has been received in full. Special orders must be made via email.

Q:  What happens if I am not happy with my Digi-Sketch?

A:  Sketchyou goes to great measures to ensure that customers are completely satisfied with our deliverables. Due to the extremely customized services of Sketchyou we cannot accept returns or offer full refunds. However, Sketchyou will work with you to create a win-win solution toward restoring your delight and confidence. In the unlikely event that we are unable to agree upon an equitable solution, we will gladly refund 50% of the price you paid for the service(s) (excludes shipping and handling fees).
